2. Who all will be at the County Board of Equalization hearings?

The Hearing Officer, the County Commissioners acting as the County Board of Equalization, the County Attorney, the County Assessor and any staff required by the County Assessor's Office will be present at the hearing. The County Assessor may have their own counsel present also.

3. Are County Board of Equalization Hearings open to the public?

The Board of Equalization Hearing are open to the public.   You may be asked to leave if confidential information is discussed.
