The Natrona County Assessor does NOT establish or enforce any Zoning. Assessor land classifications are developed solely for the purpose of valuation. Please refer to your jurisdictions Planning/Zoning department for Zoning data on your property.

If you receive a blank Business Personal Property Rendition it is because a business license was filed for in Natrona County and the Assessor's Office has no record of a reported business asset list for property tax purposes.  Please visit the Assessor's page for more information.
