Horses are allowed in Zoning Districts that allow Light Agriculture as a permitted use. Some Zoning Districts require a Conditional Use Permit to have horses (Light Agriculture).
Both the Home Business and Home Occupation are activities carried on by the immediate family residing on the premises. A Home Business allows up to two other employees.
These activities shall not be visible or noticeable from outside the walls of the dwelling, residential garage, or other accessory buildings and not constitute a nuisance to the surrounding properties.
