In the RAM, UA, LI, and HI Zoning District up to 4 unlicensed or inoperable vehicles are allowed.
In all other Zoning Districts, zero unlicensed or inoperable vehicles are allowed.
In Zoning Districts that list Light Agriculture as a permitted use, chickens are allowed. In some districts Light Agriculture is considered a Conditional Use.
Pets are animals that are tamed or domesticated such as cats, dogs, birds, fish, non-poisonous reptiles, llamas, pot-bellied pigs, and other similar animals for the use and enjoyment of the residents(s) of the lot. Pets are an accessory use.
If necessary for and associated with a building permit then nothing further is required.
If not associated with a building permit, a Conditional Use Permit for Land Reclamation is required.
