Natrona County is excited to announce the kickoff of the Natrona Next Zoning Resolution Rewrite (Natrona Next)! The Zoning Resolution supplements the County’s Subdivision Resolution as the primary regulatory document that the County uses to ensure quality development. The Zoning Resolution includes regulations and design standards that address zoning, land uses, building setbacks, building height, parking, landscaping, and application procedures.
The primary objective of phase one of the project is to assess the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the existing Zoning Resolution through community engagement and stakeholder feedback.
Our first community input questionnaire is live! Participate in the questionnaire here to access a short questionnaire to weigh in on the 'big picture' strengths and weaknesses of the current zoning resolution as well as general questions about new development and land uses in the County. The questionnaire will remain open through the month of February. Thank you in advance for you commitment to Natrona County!
