UW Extension Office will be teaching two Food Preservation classes at the Agricultural Resource and Learning Center, 2011 Fairgrounds Rd in Casper.
Dehydrating and Freezing will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018 and August 21, 2018 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Choose which date works for you. The fee for the class is $10.00 which includes food samples, supplies and handouts.
Water Bath Canning for Beginners will be held Saturday July 28, 2018 and August 25, 2018 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. The class fee is $15.00 which includes two filled jars, supplies and handouts.
